All our glass is handblown therefore we can customise final shape.
Patterns are precisly hand-cut or hand-painted, therefore you can choose from many options.
Glass parts can be painted with gold as well.

Glass color:
crystal clear, transparent colors, matalic colors

Crystals:
Different color options from crystal clear, transparent colors to black.
Different shape option - drops, almonds, prisms, octagons, balls, pendalogues in different sizes.
Possibility to embellish with Swarovski crystals for luxurious spark.

Arms:
Crystal chandeliers can have arms in different shapes and patterns.
Arm patterns variants: plain, twisted and dimple pattern.

Metal:
Comes in two main variations - gold and silver.
Possibility to change into custom color or add structure for vintage look.

Delivery info

Free delivery included over 200 € within Europe.

Delivery time:
6-10 weeks.
All our products are fabricated after placing the order due to customisation options to fit your imagination.

Installation:
Installation manual is included in the package, nevertheless installation of product is FREE of charge within the Stockholm region.
For other regions and other countries within Europe the installation is free of charge but price for transportation of a specialised worker is added to the final price.

Final package includes set of lightbulbs and a 10% voucher on Crystal Care - professional cleaning service.

Return policy:
Catalog products are returnable within 14 days after the purchase.
Return policy does not apply to customised products and only applies to private individuals, not businesses.
In case of a withdrawal the product must be shipped to our Swedish office undamaged and unused on the expenses of the customer.
Please note that majority of our products are not catalog products, the picture and description provided are only inspirational,
therefore Refund and Returns Policy does not apply to them.
We advise you to read our full Return Policy carefully before completing the purchase.

Warranty:
2 years warranty applies on the electricity and damaged caused by the transportation.
Does not apply on glass parts, light bulbs and damage caused after the installation.
